By signing up to the blood cancer donation list, you really could be helping to save a life if your blood is a match with someone!
Cost-benefit to society
This cost-benefit is based on how much could be saved if you are a match for someone, saving the need for three rounds of chemotherapy treatment (as an average saving of blood cancer treatment), minus the cost of registration to join the blood cancer donation list (£40).
DKMS is an international non-profit organisation with offices around the world with a growing family of blood donors. Sign up here!
