By giving your time to marshal at local Parkrun, you’ll be supporting the events to continue to go ahead and enable local people to take part. Parkrun events are great, not only for getting some fresh air to help mental health but also exercise to help with both physical and mental health and socialising with others taking part for mental wellbeing!
This cost-benefit is based on a person giving two hours of their time, as a minimum time for one park run to last, based on the equivalent of the national minimum wage.
