What is one of the best things about living in Britain? I bet the NHS is easily in your top 5. If it isn't, it should be! 

The NHS is incredible. The amount of help they offer and the effort put into the service by every single staff member is nothing short of amazing. But the NHS is facing financial struggles and staff are reporting low morale. 

I think it's time we show our NHS staff a little love from the general public. There are many ways to show your appreciation but probably the best way is to send a member of staff a kind letter or thank you card. It will boost morale and bring a smile to many faces. 

We could also write positive reviews about our local hospital or community service. Too often people complain or blame and forget about all the good things about the NHS and the staff that work tirelessly within the system.
